In this popular sitting meditation practice you firstly calm your mind by focussing on the touch of your breath in your nostrils. You then move your awareness to the centre of your chest and are guided into the Buddhist practice of evoking loving feelings for someone close to you and transferring those warm feelings to someone you have problems with. The feelings are amplified with the help of soft harp music.
