Heart Meditation


In this sitting meditation practice, with the help of subtle sound vibrations, you bring your awareness first to the movements of your breath in your belly and then to the movement of your breath in the centre of your chest. You remain with your heart centre and in silence are guided into an awareness of the pause between your in breath and your out breath. With awareness the stillness in the pause lengthens and deepens. You are taken into a space of deep, nourishing inner peace.
