Gentle stretching, when combined with deep breathing and focused body awareness, is a very powerful antidote to stress and promotes healing and well being.

The two exercise sessions offered on this CD do not require any particular level of fitness or flexibility. Gillian guides you through the stretches with constant attention to your breathing and the conscious release of stress.

Practised on a regular basis they are especially beneficial for the relief of asthma and arthritis. Each session ends with a relaxation practice.
