Buddhist Meditation

Externally oriented Westerners tend to be over-active both physically and mentally and they find meditation difficult.

These two half hour sessions provide invaluable help in disciplining the would-be practitioner to keep on trying and offer the skills with which to succeed.

Both sessions begin with relaxation of the body and end with powerful exercises in heart awakening.

The practices are Buddhist in flavour and have been approved by the Chenrezig Institute - a Tibetan Mahayana teaching Institute in Australia

Testimonial

As the mother of 2 small children and a recently diagnosed breast cancer patient I have found Gillian's relaxation CDs of enormous benefit. The profound relaxation and inner peace I experience while listening to the CD gives me the mental and physical strength I need to heal, to cope with treatment, and to have energy for my children.
