Relaxation For Healing
The two half hour practices on this CD take you into deeply healing states of relaxation.
The first practice releases stress and revitalizes your whole body by guiding you through four different patterns of of yogic breathing.
In the second practice, known as yoga nidra or psychic sleep, you gently rotate your awareness through your body letting go of tension.
In both practices your self-healing and relaxation response is deepened with the use of sound vibration and light visualizations.
